Disconnect an assistant
Disconnect in Entry, and in the assistant too. Entry’s is the one that matters: it ends the connection on the assistant’s very next request, and the assistant has to ask you to sign in again.
In Entry
Open Settings → Integrations → Connected apps and choose Disconnect next to the app. It stops at once and its refresh token stops working. Connecting again needs a fresh consent.
In ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT Plugins (chatgpt.com/plugins), open the Entry connection and disconnect or delete it. This stops ChatGPT using it; Entry still lists the connection until you disconnect it there.
In Claude
Open Customize → Connectors, select Entry and choose Disconnect, or open the three-dot menu and choose Remove. Entry still lists the connection until you disconnect it there.
In another client
Remove the entry server from the client’s MCP settings, then disconnect it in Entry as above.
Revoke an access token
Open Settings → Integrations → Access tokens and revoke the token. It stops working on its next request. If you think a token leaked, revoke it first and make a new one after. An OAuth connection is ended with Disconnect, above.
Report a bug
Email the address above with what you did, what you expected and what happened. Include the request id when you have one: it is the X-Request-Id header or meta.requestId in an API answer, and the error reference an assistant shows. Say which assistant or client you used and when it happened. Never send an access token, a password or a refresh token.
Report a security issue
Email the same address with Security in the subject. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Do not include a live token, a password or someone else’s data, and do not test with accounts that are not yours. If the issue exposes personal data, copy the privacy address as well.
Documentation
Everything an assistant or a script can do with Entry is documented.
What an assistant can and cannot do
A connected assistant can read the Entries you share and your drafts, write drafts, propose changes to your profile and ask you to publish. It cannot publish, unpublish, delete or change anything live: you approve each of those in Entry. What it reads is your data, never instructions to follow.
